amicusnemini, that’s a really unhealthy attitude. not eating means that your body starts to live off its fat stores, so yes it does ‘burn’ fat, HOWEVER, your body also begins to store more fat with every sitting, as it assumes that you are experiencing a famine, and that the next meal you eat could be your last. This means that when you have reached your ideal weight and start to eat again after starvation, your body refuses to burn as much fat as it did before the starvation.

well when you juice a lot you get tons of energy, lose weight and you become sharper in every way. but you gotta juic many things not just carrots. I juice apples celery,beets, carrots,parsley ect in one sitting. its goes down very easy and it tastes really good ~!!! best thing to do in life is juice,workout, and eat all the right natural stuff. natural foods heal almost anything. My friends dad was dying and started to juice and was healed from his cancer. it works

cause if they get cooked all the nutrients are gone. theres almost no sense in eating veggies unless they are raw. youll notice the difference fast. if you dont lik eating them too much do what I do. Juice them

well there isnt a fairy that will magically make all your weight that u dont want disappear. so ur gonna have to resort to those 2 words everyone hates. DIET AND EXERCISE dun dun dunnn. but seriously. a work out schedule, and watching what you eat isnt that bad. i’ve been doing it for a few days now, and i feel great, and i have a feeling i’ll look great in some time too.

Well, in Guatemala, 64 % live in extreme poverty and 23 % are overweight. So basically, almost all guatemalans who have enough money to gorge themselves like pigs do. North America tries to keep extreme poverty in check. But our cardboard box dwellers are also thin; we just have way less of them then you do. Btw, obesity is on the rise among the wealthy and the mildly poor in Guatemala. As far as vanity goes, plastic surgery rates in Latin America are the highest in the world.

i tired to stop eating for i atleast two days DUMB IDEA i was starving and ofcoures i ate an popcicle, a few pinuts and some potato chips OF COUSRE i was trying to lose weight but with the rong food anyways i almost starved myself and lost 2 pounds but then i ate and gained it back on cuz i was starving and you need somthing to fill the starvation up BUT ANYWASY I FINALLY GOT MY LAZY BUT UP AND EXCERCISED AND GOT A FLAT STOMACH

Pretty good tips here. I’d like to add another thing. Try to learn about neutrician and how much your body needs. Write down everything you eat during a month and break that down into proteine, fat and carbonhydrates. Also weigh yourself regulary at a fixed time (best in the morning befor breakfast). If you gain weight you have to cut on fat and carbonhydrates. Try to lose weight slowly and don’t just diet for 1 or 2 months but make it a lifestyle. Your body will get used to the new neutricans.

1. no cheese no butter.
2. drink and eat taichigreentea 3 -5 packets a day
3. do some exerciese. you will lose
