IT might be dangerous because one is pretty much hyperventalating. There is no such thiung as “kundalini”, nor does it detoxify. IF it does please state which specific toxins in the measured amounts.

The kundalini is a very powerful energy source, and its symbol is a snake. I don“t know exactly why in is dangerous, only that I know someone who almost died.

Thanks for a short demo. I learned KY at a yoga center for two years and now that I’m familiar with the techniques, I’m doing it on my own at home. It’s very energizing, detoxifying, and definitely healing!

To awaken kundalini is very dangerous, and you have to come an long way in your spiritual life to not, probably, get killed. A friend of mine has a friend who have get close to die a many times, and she said that the kundalini was the worst she ever experienced. This is NOT for beginners. This is the left hand path of the tantra.

one thing that came to me when doing it, concentrate on the inhale and the exhale will come natural so you don’t do anything with abs =)
